Armando began his career as an Investigator Trainee in the Van Nuys District Office during which time, he has promoted to the ranks of Investigator, Supervising Investigator, and Supervising Agent in Charge, within four district offices from Bakersfield to Palm Desert. As the Southern Division Chief, he directly oversees ABC enforcement matters encompassing the southern portion of the state.

Jaime started as an agent with ABC in 2001. She’s worked in both the licensing and enforcement programs. During her time at ABC, she oversaw multiple statewide functions, such as training, policy, and background investigations. She now oversees ABC’s Licensing Division which includes the department’s Responsible Beverage Service Training Program.
