You are cordially invited to join the California Restaurant Association (CRA) and the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce for our first installment of San Jose Restaurant University of 2016. On April 27th, we will be hosting a free educational legal seminar lead by two CRA legal partners.

Christine Long from Berliner Cohen LLC will be disccussing NLRP's regulation of socail media website in the work place and how that affects anti-bullying requirements, the equal pay act and more.

Katherine Catlos from Kaufman Dolowich Voluck with be covering information on paid sick leave as well as meal and rest.

The seminar will also include a local legislative update, as well as a Q&A portion for attendees to ask questions about the local and statewide political environment.
