FORMERLY KNOWN AS "LOBBY DAY," CRA RESTAURANT DAY AT THE CAPITOL IS CRITICAL IN THE EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH RESTAURANTS OPERATE AND THRIVE

Each year the CRA shows its strength at the State Capitol by bringing restaurateurs face-to-face with their elected officials to discuss pending key proposals which could affect their businesses if passed into law. Lobby Day 2016 brought well over 100 restaurant owners and operators to Sacramento to discuss hot legislative issues including restrictive scheduling, business ADA compliance, and labor and employment issues.

The full day event includes a legislative briefing on current issues relevant to the restaurant industry, group meetings with legislators at the State Capitol, and complimentary breakfast and lunch. CRA staff are present at every step and attend meetings with attendees.

Additionally, we are excited to invite you to our post-Restaurant Day event, "Crave the Experience," where you can enjoy live music, hosted drinks, and small bites highlighting the local restaurant community. This event provides a more casual setting to continue your conversations with elected officials and fellow attendees.

We are also offering two complimentary webinars on Tuesday, March 21 and Tuesday, April 4 to help prepare attendees with a legislative briefing as well as Restaurant Day tips and guidelines. Register as soon as possible as space is limited!
